1 - Truck Class - Street

Truck Class 1 - Street - Any size uncut D.O.T. Tire

 

 

1.    STREET STOCK

A.    Factory produced street vehicle only.

B.    Any size uncut DOT tire.

C.    Must have full factory body, windshield and windows (can be trimmed for tire clearance only)

D.    Must have a full factory dash (after market gauges are OK)

E.    Factory suspension  (NO ladder bars, floaters, coil over shocks)

F.    Must have factory windshield, cast iron engine block, cylinder heads, and drive train. (no aftermarket heads of any kind)

G.    Must pull steady 17” vacuum at 1000 RPMs using the MAMR gauge, with the air filter removed and the choke in the off position. Diesels are exempt from this rule.

H.    Single carburetor only (4150 flange). Factory diesels, factory turbo’s and factory fuel injection are allowed, with no electronic upgrades or power adders.

I.     Any dual plane intake.

J.    MAX “93 octane” gasoline or #2 diesel, no race fuels, perfumes or scents.

K.    You can run an aftermarket ignition

L.    Street legal exhaust including mufflers are required, pipes must extend past the cab. No straight pipes allowed

 

M.   Exhaust headers are permitted with street legal exhaust

 
2 - Truck Class - Modified Street

Truck Class 2 - Modified Street - Uncut D.O.T. Up to 37"

 

2.Modified Street

A.    Factory produced street vehicles only

B.    Uncut DOT tire up to 37”

C.    Body swaps are allowed, wheelbase to match body (tires in the fenders)

D.    Must be a full factory body, cast iron engine block, drive train, windshield and windows.

E.    No cutting of body except trimming fenders for tire clearance

F.    Must have full factory dash (aftermarket gauges are ok)

G.    Must use a factory type suspension, ladder bars can be used.

H.    Can use aftermarket Cast Iron heads, no aluminum heads

I.     No exhaust through the hood allowed.  Down sweep headers and open headers are ok

J.    Must pull a steady 13” of vacuum at 1000 RPM using the MAMR gauge, with air filter removed, and choke in the off position. Diesels are exempt from this rule.

K.    Single 4150 flange carburetor or Factory fuel injection with any 4150 flanged cast intake (no sheet metal intakes) (no aftermarket power adders)

L.    MAX “101 Octane” gasoline, or #2 diesel, no race fuels, perfumes, or scents.

M.   Can use aftermarket ignition.

 

N.    Diesels limited to one Turbo and no other power adders.

 

 
3 - Truck Class - Super Street

Truck Class 3 - Super Street - Uncut D.O.T Up to 37" 

 

3.    Super Street

A.    Factory produced street vehicles only

B.    Uncut DOT tire up to 37”

C.    Body Swaps are allowed, wheelbase to match body (tires in fenders)

D.    Must have a factory steel cab, windshield or lexan, factory firewall, and floor pan.

E.    No cutting of body or bed except for tire clearance.

F.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage (exempt if legal and entered in a lower class)

G.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.(fire suit recommended)

H.    Must use factory frame and springs and axle housings, aftermarket shocks are OK.  No open chain drives.

I.     Ladder bars are ok, no floating suspensions

J.    Any conventional type head aluminum or cast , on any factory production block, or cast iron short deck block (no aluminum blocks)

K.    Engine must be in stock location (in case of body swap front plug no further back than the centerline of front axle)

L.    Any cast intake, single carburetor, factory production injection and factory turbos allowed. 

M.   Can use aftermarket ignition

N.    Racing fuel allowed, no alcohol, nitrous or blowers (gas or diesel only)

O.    Open headers are allowed.

P.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat..

Q.    Must have a working fire extinguisher securely mounted in the cab.

 

R.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
3a - Truck Class - Bone Stock

Truck Class 3a - Bone Stock (NOT A POINTS CLASS) - Any size uncut D.O.T. Tire

 

3A. BONE STOCK (NOT A POINTS CLASS)

A.  NO MAMR POINTS MEMBERS ALLOWED TO ENTER THIS CLASS.

B.  NO SPONSOR STICKERS OR TRUCK NAME STICKERS OF ANY KIND

C.  All engine components must remain in the factory location and functional

D.  Must be mechanically street legal.

E.  Any size uncut DOT tire.

F.  Must have full factory body, windshield and windows (can be trimmed for tire clearance only)

G.  Must have a full factory dash and use factory shifter(after market gauges are OK)

H.  Factory suspension  (NO ladder bars, floaters, coil over shocks)

I.   Must have factory windshield, cast iron engine block, cylinder heads, and drive train. (no aftermarket heads of any kind)

J.  Must pull steady 18” vacuum at 1000 RPMs using the MAMR gauge, with the air filter removed and the choke in the off position. Diesels are exempt from this rule.

K.  Single carburetor only (4150 flange). Factory diesels, factory turbo’s and factory fuel injection are allowed, with no electronic upgrades or power adders.

L.  Any dual plane intake.

B.    Uncut DOT tire up to 38.5”

C.    Body Swaps are allowed, wheelbase to match body (tires in fenders)

D.    Must have a factory steel cab, bed, and windshield or lexan.

E.    Fire wall and floor pan can have minimal modifications for engine clearance, but must be replaced with like material steel, or minimum of ¼” aluminum.

F.    Gutting of the bed and cab allowed, must maintain outer factory dimensions.

G.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage (exempt if legal and entered in a lower class)

H.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of  5 point harness.(fire suit recommended)

I.     Must use factory frame and springs, and axel housings.

J.    After market shocks, transfer case, and Ladder bars are ok, no floating suspensions.

K.    Any conventional type head aluminum or cast , on any factory production block or cast iron short deck block (no aluminum blocks)

L.    Harmonic Balancer must be on centerline of the front axle or forward.

M.   Any cast intake, single carburetor, factory production injection and factory turbos allowed. 

N.    Can use aftermarket ignition

O.    Racing fuel allowed, no alcohol, nitrous or blowers.

P.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat, recommended to keep it below shoulder level.

Q.    Must have a working fire extinguisher securely mounted in the cab.

R.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
5 - Truck Class - Modified

Truck Class 5 - Modified - Uncut D.O.T. Up To 40" 

5.    Modified

A.    Factory produced street vehicles only

B.    Uncut DOT tire up to 40”

C.    Body Swaps are allowed, wheelbase to match body (tires in fenders)

D.    Must have a factory steel cab, bed, and windshield or lexan.

E.    Fire wall and floor pan can have minimal modifications for engine clearance, but must be replaced with like material steel, or minimum of ¼” aluminum.

F.    Gutting of the bed and cab allowed, must maintain outer factory dimensions.

G.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage (exempt if legal and entered in a lower class)

H.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.(fire suit recommended)

I.     Must use factory frame and springs.

J.    Can use aftermarket shocks, transfer case, ladder bars, chain drives, and floater

K.    Any cast intake, single carburetor, factory production injection and factory turbos allowed. Diesels Allowed

6 - Truck Class - Super Modified

Truck Class 6 - Super Modified - Uncut D.O.T. Up To 44"

 

 6.    Super Modified

A.    Factory produced street vehicles only

B.    Uncut DOT tire up to 44”

C.    Body Swaps are allowed.

D.    Must have a factory steel cab, bed, and windshield or lexan.

E.    Fire wall and floor pan can have minimal modifications for engine clearance, but must be replaced with like material steel, or minimum of ¼” aluminum.

F.    Gutting of the bed and cab allowed, must maintain outer factory dimensions.

G.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage (exempt if legal & entered in a lower class)

H.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.(fire suit recommended)

I.     Must use factory frame

J.    Any type of suspension, transfer case, chain drive or axle housing.

K.    Any engine modification. (no Aluminum engine blocks)

L.    Any Cast intake including tunnel rams.

M.   Any single or dual carbureted, engine and engine modification. Also any factory type injection, and turbo. Diesels Allowed

N.    Engine must be within 12” as measured from the centerline of the front axle to the face of the head.

O.    Any Exhaust allowed, but must be routed away from fuel system, driver compartment, and cannot be aimed directly at the spectators.

P.    Front Axle may be repositioned, as long as the balancer rule is applied.

Q.    Can use aftermarket ignition

R.    Racing fuel allowed, no alcohol, nitrous or blowers.

S.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat, recommended to keep it below shoulder level.

T.    Must have a working fire extinguisher securely mounted in the cab.

U.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
6a - Truck Class - All Motor/Cuts

Truck Class 6a - All Motor/ D.O.T. Cut Tire 

 

6A. ALL MOTOR CUT CLASS (USMRA Limited Renegade compliant)

A.    Any truck legal for class 1-4 can run this class

B.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.

C.    Full fire suit, close toed shoes, and neck collar or HANS required.

D.    Any size DOT tire cut or uncut (40” max at USMRA event)

E.    Engine block must be Cast Iron and limited to 10.300” deck height.

F.    Any commercially produced cast Iron or aluminum conventional style head is allowed. (BBC must use no less than 23°head)...any machining, porting etc. Allowed.

G.    Engine must be within 6” as measured from the center of the front axle to face of head.

H.    Any Exhaust allowed, but must be routed away from fuel system, driver compartment, and cannot be aimed directly at the spectators.

I.     Any Single carburetor with any cast intake except tunnel ram. No sheet metal

J.    Must use OEM frame.

K.    Must use OEM type drive train, no chain drives, or aftermarket transfer cases.

L.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat, recommended to keep it below shoulder level.

M.   Must have a working fire extinguisher securely mounted in the cab.

 

N.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
7 - Truck Class - Open Outlaw Truck

Truck Class 7 - Open Outlaw Truck 

 

7.    Open Outlaw Truck (USMRA Outlaw Prostock compliant)

A.    Any DOT cut or uncut tire/tire combination allowed

B.    Must have truck or car like appearance. (NO RAILS)

C.    May use OEM frame, or min 2” x 3” square tube. No round tube frames or chassis allowed.

D.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage. ( see general rules)

E.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.

F.    Full fire suit, close toed shoes and neck collar or hans required.

G.    Any OEM type drive train and suspension including 4-link, aftermarket transfer case, chain drive or axle housing.

H.    Must have one working shock at each tire, any shock allowed

I.     Any automotive type engine, any engine combination is allowed

J.    Engine must be within 12” as measured from the centerline of the front axle to the face of the head.

K.    Any commercially produced automotive head is allowed. (any and all modifications allowed)

L.    Any Exhaust allowed, but must be routed away from fuel system, driver compartment, and cannot be aimed directly at the spectators.

M.   Front Axle may be repositioned, as long as the balancer rule is applied.

N.    Can use aftermarket ignition

O.    Any fuel, delivery system, intake, and power adder allowed.

P.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat, recommended to keep it below shoulder level.

R.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
8 - Truck Class - Pro Modified

Truck Class 8 - Pro Modified - Any tire and tire modification except ag type bar/lug

 

8.    Pro-Modified (USMRA  Open class compliant)

A.    Any body or chassis allowed.

B.    Must have firewall and floor pan

C.    Any tire and tire modification (except Ag type tractor tire/bar lug see class 9)

D.    Must have a minimum of a 6 point roll cage. Tube Chassis vehicles must have approved cage (see general rules)

E.    Must have a racing seat and minimum of 5 point harness.

F.    Full fire suit, close toed shoes. and neck collar or hans required.

G.    Any OEM type drive train and suspension including 4-link, aftermarket transfer case, chain drive or axle housing.

H.    Must have one working shock at each tire, any shock allowed

I.     Any automotive type engine, any engine combination is allowed.

J.    Any engine block, Aluminum, cast iron, or billet.

K.    Engine may be in any location in vehicle.

L.    Any commercially produced automotive head is allowed. (any and all modifications allowed)

M.   Any Exhaust allowed, but must be routed away from fuel system, driver compartment, and cannot be aimed directly at the spectators.

N.    Any fuel, delivery system, Intake, and power adder allowed.

O.    Any ignition system

P.    Kill switch must be within reach of the driver while buckled into the seat, recommended to keep it below shoulder level.

Q.    Must have a working fire extinguisher securely mounted in the cab.

 

R.    A remote battery disconnect switch is required at the rear of the vehicle.

 
9 - Truck Class - Open Tractor Tire

Truck Class 9 - Open Tractor Tire

 

9.    OPEN TRACTOR TIRE

A.    Same as class 8 Pro Modified except must have 4 tractor tires.

 

B.    If less than 5 in the class, or at a USMRA event will run with class 8.
